Return Policy

All sales are final.

Sovana Haus Designs only accepts returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.

• Non-Eligible Reasons: Returns are not accepted for size, weight, or natural handmade variations (such as subtle color shifts, swirls, or minor bubbles). Product dimensions, feature lists, and detailed sizing photos are provided on every product page to ensure accurate expectations prior to purchase.

• Reporting Window: Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date listed on your tracking information. Reports submitted after this 3-day window are ineligible for return or replacement.

• Verification & Return: Photo proof of the damaged item and original packaging may be requested. Once approved, the item must be received in its original packaging within 7 business days.
